From the moment you enter this estate, through the huge electric gates, you know you are somewhere special. And as you drive past the staff house and two guesthouses, you could be forgiven for thinking that you were coming to an English manor house. But as you pass the orange plantation, you will remember that you are still in Spain, and as you glance southwards to the magnificent sea views of Cala Jondal and the island of Formentera, there is no mistaking it...

The extensive gardens give the feeling of a Mediterranean style park. The perfect place for children to enjoy the hot balmy afternoons, playing hide and seek. Or for adults seeking some moments of solitude with nature.

As one might expect, there is a choice of swimming pools.

For large scale entertaining there is the lower swimming pool area and pool house. This features a large (18m x 8m) pool, surrounded by ample wooden decking and with a pool house whose facilities includes a full covered kitchen, barbeque, bar and dining area. The high-end sound system here will also be of use for those who like to party.

For a more intimate feeling, the upper swimming pool is set into the lawn close to the main living areas of the house, and from where there is a commanding view of the sea and coastline. This pool features special colour-changing LED illumination. You can have the most beautiful "Ibiza-blue" in the daytime and a selection of colours in the evening. With every room in the house looking out to the sea over this pool, it is possible to create some amazing ambient effects.

The interior is very luxurious and has been crafted with a lot of love and attention to detail. There is a large separate dining room located next to the specially designed and fully equipped kitchen.

Outdoors, the large terrace offers plenty of space to sunbathe, relax and chill. On the upper floor you find the majestic main bedroom, dressing room, a beautiful bathroom. Three more bedrooms are located upstairs, all with en-suite bathroom and large terraces and overwhelming views. Downstairs, there are three more bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. All the rooms have been decorated in a stylish manner.

The villa has a total of seven bedrooms with en suite bathroom, dressing room, two guest houses, each with a bedroom and living-dining area, a staff house, a summer house, two swimming pools, terraces, a satellite system with all international channels, sound system, television and DVD, air conditioning, heating, security alarm and an automatic irrigation system. Two of the bedrooms also have internal balconies at a different level, each with another double bed.

The fashionable beach clubs at the Cala Jondal, Es Torrent, Ses Salinas, Es Cavallet and Playa d'en Bossa, as well as the airport and Ibiza town can be reached in ten minutes. The nearest supermarket is a five-minute drive and the village of San José‚ with all facilities (bakers, butchers, pharmacies, banks, doctors, restaurants, churches...) is just five km away.
