The house has four bedrooms, three with sea views. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is also an independent bathroom and an additional room with W.C.

The villa feature a splendid lounge with sea views that has a covered terrace (ideal for chill out). There is also access from the lounge through another covered terrace to the garden and swimming area. Raised, and to the back of the pool terrace, is yet another covered terrace where one can dine whilst enjoying the sea views and keeping an eye on the pool.

There is a large separate kitchen that is well appointed with granite work surfaces and all modern conveniences such as dish washer. There is a dining area to the side of the kitchen and there is direct access to an outside breakfast terrace.

A few minutes walk brings you to Cala Moli Beach, a beautiful sand cove complete with restaurant and bar.

The sea view is to the west, so the house enjoys the sunset all year round.
