Villa Tamaris is a beautiful 4-bedroom modern villa, complete with tennis court and large swimming pool terrace.

The Master bedroom is upstairs. This features a beautiful free-standing bath in the corner of the dressing area, and also has an en-suite shower room and wc. The master bedroom also has access to the roof terrace.

The other three bedrooms are all downstairs. These are large double rooms and have en-suite bathrooms as well as access to out side terraces.

A prominent feature of the downstairs living area is the beautiful kitchen, made out of cherry wood and stainless steel. The kitchen features built in oven, microwave and double sized refrigerator. There is a central island that contains an induction ceramic hob.

Next to the kitchen is the dining area, and from here there a step down to the main living room, which features a real fireplace. There is a second lounge, design as a TV/Home cinema lounge and is wire for Surround Sound speakers.

Both lounges have large sliding glass doors that open out onto the covered terrace area, complete with its wooden decking. From here one looks onto the large swimming pool area. At one end of the pool is a raised area under the trees where there is a Bali like temple for use as a chill out area. At the opposite end of the pool is a covered outside kitchen and bar area, complete with built in gas fired barbecue and hob. There is also a toilet and shower in this area.

The front of the house has a large area for parking cars, behind the electric entrance gate. Beyond the parking area is the purpose built tennis court (completed 2007) with hard surface.

The garden area has been planted with many beautiful shrubs, bushes and trees, including an orchard of some two dozen orange trees.

The villa has under-floor oil powered central heating. The floors are mostly finished in oak wood. There is a separate laundry room.

This villa is located between Santa Gertrudis and San Lorenzo and is ideally situated for restaurant, shops and the international school (Morna International College) in Santa Gertrudis.
