Where are you based?


We are based in Ibiza and we are here all year round. To make life easier for customers we have a UK freephone number, but this goes directlyu to our office in Ibiza.

What will be the total cost?

The total rental cost is clearly shown when making the booking. You can choose, either to pay an initial booking deposit with a credit card on line,or you can select to have your booking enquirey sent to us and for us to contact you to verify that everything is correct before you procede to payment.

What are the payment terms?

To secure your booking, we need to take an initial deposit of 15% of the total booking price. This can be done with a credit or debit card by selecting the PayPal button. There is no need to have a PayPal account, nor to set one up. It is also possible to pay this 15% deposit by bank transfer.

Once this initial deposit has been paid, the property will be reserved for you for a week during which you must pay half the due balance to the owner. The remaining half must be paid 6 weeks before your date of arrival. The security deposit needs to be paid 14 days before arrival, but many people pay this at the same time as the final payment.

Some of the property owners live in the UK and so if you are also from the UK then you may be able to pay the balance entirely within the UK, without need for a foreign bank transfer.

For example, let us say that today's date is 1st June and you want to make a booking for the first week of September, and that the booking comes to a total of 6,000 €. There is also a security deposit of 2,000€

The initial deposit will be for 900€ paid by credit card, leaving a balance of 5,100€. The property will now be provisionally reserved for you whilst you make arrangements to transfer 2,550€ to the owner. The final 2,550€ needs to be received by 1st August, and the 2,000€ security deposit by 23rd August.

Within 14 days of leaving the property, you will receive back you security deposit, assuming no deductions had to be made.

Sometimes the security deposit is looked after by the owner of the property and sometimes by ourselves. You can always request that it is us who looks after your security deposit if you feel happier with that.

Is there an extra charge for payment by Credit Card?

There is no addition fee for paying the initial 15% booking deposit by credit card. However, should you wish to pay the balance by credit card (a bank transfer is the normal method) then a 4% additional charge will be levied on the amount that is to be so paid.

Which credit cards are acceptable?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted, as well as some debit cards.

What is the security deposit and how does this work?

The amount of security deposit is normally about half a weeks rent (the actual amount is shown in the details of each property). This deposit must be received in cleared funds at least 14 days before the start of the booking.

After the departure of the customers, a thorough inspection of the property will be made by Ibiza Prime SL and in some cases by the owner. If everything is in order you should receive your deposit back within 14 days. Deductions will be made for any damage to the property, fixtures, fittings or possessions that are damaged or missing. The customer is liable for all damage caused by his guests or him, and is not limited in amount to the size of the security deposit.

Are children welcome?

Most properties are children friendly, but some are not. Those that are not are clearly described as such in the property details.

Can I bring a baby?

If you are travelling with a Baby, please advise us at the time of booking so that we can arrange for a cot to be present in the villa.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations need to be advised in writing (email or fax is acceptable). The cancellation request needs to be from the person who has made the booking, or an explanation given as to the authority of the person who is making the cancellation request. The cancellation fee can vary between properties, but normally the fee is as follows:
  • More than 45 days prior to start of booking: 20%
  • Between 45 days and 30 days prior to start of booking: 50%
  • 30 days or less to start of booking: 100%

Can the owner cancel the booking?

In very rare circumstances it may be necessary for the owner to cancel the booking. In these cases we we do our very best to find a similar or better property for you. If you are not happy with the alternative, then we will refund to you all monies that you have paid to us in full. Our financial liability will be limitied to the amount of money paid to us.
